Install Picture Browser

Istallation Instructions:
Click on "Install Picture Brower" link above.
File Download message will be displayed.
Click "Open".
Wait for file to download.
WinZip will open.
If you have a trial version of WinZip click "I Agree" to run trial version.
If WinZip Wizard - Welcome is displayed:
      Click "Next".
      Click "No" when asked if you want to add the folder ... to your favorite zip folders.
      WinZip Wizard - Install will be displayed.
      Click "Next".
      Click "Install Now".
      Picture Browser Setup sceen should be displayed.
      Click "OK", and follow any remaining instructions.
If Wizard did not start:
      WinZip should display a list of files contained in picturebrowser.zip
      Double Click "Setup.exe"
      Picture Browser Setup sceen should be displayed.
      Click "OK", and follow any remaining instructions.
